Intended users
The intended users are Convening Coordination teams. The Convening Coordination teams are recurrent yet temporary teams that come together for the purpose of making a convening.
Key roles of any convening coordination team are APC Core OPS and APC Programs OPS staff who are responsible for facilitation and co-lead of the coordination of the convening cycle
APC Core OPS and programmes Operations Staff together with Managers and Coordinators are expected to be knowledgable and able to provide guidance to their colleagues in the use of this manual.
Because APC role as convener is distributed among all programmes and team, staff need to make themselves familiar with the policies, systems and procedures the manual describe and explain.
